Shortage of bore brushes

Last night I was searching for some 6mm brushes and just bout every place I looked they were on backorder.
Why is there a shortage?
I even found I alot of places out of Wipe out patch out aswell.
 
Why not call Sharp Shoot R and they have the brushes and fluids you are looking for

J Dewey shows 6mm brushes I didn't check other sizes.
