For f-class a scope with side focus is best. With the br scope you can not adjust it and stay laying behind the rifle unless you have really long arms.
Once I set my parallax before i start, I never touch it. It should be the first thing you do. MattFor f-class a scope with side focus is best. With the br scope you can not adjust it and stay laying behind the rifle unless you have really long arms.
You need to handle and look through as many as you possibly can. What your eyes see is most important.
You can go to a match. Maybe after it's over they will set their guns up and you can compare side by side. I have left a lot of guys look through my Competition at a match. All they did was ask. MattIn rural Missouri town, that might be hard. I had to buy my NSX from dragman!!

I shot F-open and use a NF BR with a CH-3 reticle. I prefer the CH-3 because it has a floating dot.I have built my frist F-open rifle and am now ( after recovering some funds) looking to buy the glass for it. I have as of now $1600 for glass. Give be opinions of power, models and reticle? I would like to stay with NF, would love a comp but may have to stick with a BR? Thanks
Side focus on NXS. More elevation adjustment are the main things. MattWhat are the main differences between the nxs & BR 12-42 scopes? I thought the factory rep had told me they used the same glass but the nxs's were built tougher!
