Shipping a rifle in gun case

I tried to ship a barrel and a stub that had a chamber in it because I didn't want toship my action glue in and Fed-ex broke open my package and lost the stub . So it could not be chambered . So I had to send the stock glue in , and they would not ship the gun unless I lied about what was in the case , and they said that if I ensured it and it got lost they would not pay because I lied about what was in the case . So I will have to find someone close enough that I can drive to get it rebarreled .
