Shining example of customer service

This isn’t a post for or against the use of electronic targets. This is simply a giant thank you to Adam from ShotMarker/AutoTrickler. I’ve been a personal user since last year and have now converted my club to a full line of Shotmarkers and his customer service during the transition has been second to none. Nevermind the time difference or day of the week he responds amazingly fast. Despite the fact that almost every one of my requests was because of something stupid I did or wrong button I pushed with the system, he has never made me feel like an idiot or that he doesn’t have time for me. I have no skin in his business other than being a customer but he’s helped in so many ways that I felt it warranted a post. Thanks for the great service!!

Adam and his company is one of a very few companies on my "short list" that give superior customer service. My auto trickler stopped working, so I shot Adam an email. He responded almost immediately and had me run a couple of diagnostic tests. I reported back to him and he said the circuit board was shot and that he is sending me a new one. No if, ands, or buts about it. That kind of service to me is priceless.

Ditto both posts above. A friend of mine and I both now have his auto trickler attached to a Sartorius Practum scale which isn't a common combination. We were the first and he worked through the programming with us to get it flawless. Our club has also switched to the Shotmarker system. Once again as above Adam was available to assist us with any and all questions.

Adam has brought some very innovative improvements to our sport that have in my opinion helped dramatically with the fun and overall experience. My experience has been the average age of the Sling/F-Class community isn't one that goes hand in hand easily with technology. Not only has his programing expertise created "user friendly" products, but as this thread highlights, his customer service, patience and understanding or our sport and an aging base has been tremendous. Because of this I truly feel he and his products have become a catalyst that will grow our sport as well as bring in more youth and new shooters. Something most of us want. I too have nothing to gain, just a satisfied customer that loves my hobby and appreciates any and all that go out of their way to make it better!

I had the same problem with the exact same results from Adam. Doesn't get any better than this!
