Shadetree front rest vs. Sinclair Gen II A/P Windage Rest

I have never purchased a front rest before and these two look like solid candidates for me. If you have experience with these rests which did you prefer and why? Any noticeable difference in quality between them?

i think it depends on what type of shooting you are going to do. I have owned a sinclair and i can honestly say it was a good solid rest. my shooting pard has the shade tree and i like it very much as does he. As soon as i can find a base i am going to purchase a shade tree myself. Butch is a great fella as is his rest. I would pick the Shade tree over the sinclair every time! good luck friend!! Lee

Also plus for Shadetree. I still use a Sinclair,but I find the Shadetree more versitile. 45/70SS
