SG&Y BRX STOCK

Any of you guys using the SG&Y BRX stocks? I belive they are made by Ian Robertson in Ontario Canada. Is this stock only used in short range BR ? or could it be used for a heavier long range gun?
There are some pictures on Speedy's web site that look real good and Ian said that he could inlet it for my new lawton 7500 action. I would appreciate any good advise.

I have one and it's a good stock. You can order it with as much weight in it as you want, or light. Hopefully SG&Y has gotten better on their ordering and follow-throughs, I've heard of some bad experiences getting stocks.

Plus, after seeing the quality of what McMillan is sending out lately, I would order the BRX in a heartbeat.

:DI ordered a stock from Ian, and I have been very happy with it. SG&Y
makes custon guns with stocks made by Ian, and others ?). If you only
want the stock call Ian. Good Shooting, Badlands

I just ordered an SG&Y BR stock directly from Ian. He seems like a swell guy and he is going to inlet this stock for my new lawton 7500. Thanks for all the input. Benjamin

$470? That's quite a bit higher than when I got mine from SG&Y. Granted, that was over a year ago, have they gone up that much? I got mine inletted and teh butt plate installed too.

Re: SG&Y BRX STOCK

According to Robertson Composites website...they apparently have stopped taking orders temporarily due to overwhelming demand. I have 2 BRX stocks, and am pleased with them.
Likewise with Bruno/Mcmillan LV and HV stocks.
