I believe that using factory ammo to asses your rifle is fool's folly.
Sounds like you are serious about your accuracy. So, before you fire another round:
1. bed the rifle
2. make sure the magazine box floats
3. put on a good trigger
4. buy a lyman bore scope and keep the carbon and copper out of the barrel
5. a darn good muzzle break will help tremendously
