I have a 6x47L with the brass only being fired 3 times and the pressure it takes to seat bullets is so hard it deforms the bullet !!!! I have a .272 neck with loaded round of .2695 w/107SMK's. I turned the neck lightly to uniform. I am using a .268 bushing in a custom FL die. It does not have a expander on it. I did just turn the de-cap rod down so I can put a Redding carbide expander on it. My carbide expander is .2415. This isn't enough. A fired case has a great almost vacume fit with a .243 gauge pin, neck sized it is .242. Why would it take soo much pressure to seat bullets with a custom arbor seat tool ????
