Just heard the SCOTUS got rid of Chevron Deference. This should put 3 letter agencies in check. This decision will be the most important case ruled on. Should end decades of abuse by Federal agencies.

This SCOTUS decision may well be like what happened here in Illinois a few years ago. A court ruled against the Governor, aka The Fat Man, on issues relating to the Covid bs, lockdowns, etc. The Fat Man basically said so what, screw the court, sue me. Under the Bidenator, the alphabet agencies may do the same and say sue me. Years later, and millions lining the lawyers pockets, we might see some relief and serious changes.

Just imagine this, I used to run a printing company and the government decided that I had to pay 1,000 a week to have an EPA agent daily monitor my waste processing.

After watching the head of ATF testify in front of Congress, I saw little difference between him and the Mafia and union bosses of old when they testified.

Sounded just the same. Might as well have said "on advice of council I plead the 5th, being that I might incriminate myself".

The flaw in the constitutional system that we have is that the legislative and judicial branches have no enforcement. All enforcement is in the executive branch. And they can literally go tell the other two branches to go pound sand. Which they do.
