My apologies for being difficult to get hold of. The Facebook acct, I gave up on about two weeks after starting it. I found that I couldn't keep up with it.

We have an 8 week old little girl at home now and have moved in the time since her birth. So, I've been a bit busy with family responsibilities for several months. Thus, I'm behind on both scale work and correspondence. I am aware that folks are waiting and have been. I know what it is like to wait for all manner of things relating to competitive shooting. Please keep in contact with me, you will never bug me. I may be late in response but I will always be happy to talk with you.

I will only send out scales that I'm happy with. It takes time to make them right. That said, there have been a very few cases when my testing hasn't revealed an issue that surfaced later. My scales are warranted period. They must work else, be removed from service.

Please call me at 661 364 1199 if you need an update or need to talk about your scale or need a scale. Please call after 1:00pm Pacific time so that I will have access to my shop information. Thank you for your patronage, patience and forbearance. I want you to have the very best scale that I can produce.

It is accurate and has stood up in some trying conditions.

Turnaround on mine was about 3 months. Give him time.

Lance, I had a similar experience. My scales showed up after around 7-8 weeks. Your gonna love em. It is worth the weight. He called 2 days after they came to make sure I received em. Ron
