Scope stuff

I've been stuck in the cal lab today and became interested in making a fixture for gun scopes. Anybody close to Charlotte want to do a little project? I have this lab to work in, but my optical wedge only goes to +/- 30 arc sec. I'm thinking we'll need something to read displacements in minutes or figure percentage of degrees?
