Scope riser blocks

Looking at pictures of some 600yd BR guns, I have seen some with a riser block, lifting the 56mm scope up a bit higher. Where are these available to lift a scope up a tad higher on weaver style 1 piece bases. I,m helping someone out with a barrel blocked rifle and he cant get his scope up high enough to clear his barrel block.

I don't know of anywhere commercially that makes high rise bases. Everyone I have ever seen has been custom made by gunsmiths. They usually run in the area of $100 for a custom.

Try Googling "Precision Target Sports". I think that is the name. He will make you a nice set.

For 600 yd shooting I don't use anything special. The 20 MOA bases and a hign enough set of rings for the objective to clear the barrel is pretty easy to come up with and it works fine.

Hi CR, I am from Australia but have just had a custom riser block made in your country ..Cost US$70 to my spec,i have the PH# and address if you PM me as i do not have permission to give it out publicly..JR..Jeff Rogers

Try DPMS they make risers for the AR rifles, with Picatinny rails. If you have a Weaver base, or Picatinny these should work well.
