Scope Recommendations for 22 PPC

Just purchased a 22 ppc rifle, would like to use this for target and varmint, knowing the accuracy potential, what would you fellas recommend? Thanks

I have an SII 36X Sightron on my 6 br. One of the days(pending approval of my bride...) I would like to have maybe the 45X SV Sightron or even the 10-50X Sightron with the ED glass.

From personal experience. For target competition use the most powerful best glass you can afford. Don't hesitate to buy used as Nightforce and March have a very good warranty that extends beyond the original buyer. You can't get glass that is "too good". For varmint like prairie dogs a minimum of 20x will work. My preference is the B&L and Bushnell 4200 6x24 & 8x32. They were discontinued quite a while back, but can still be found used.

If the preference is for a 1" tube, another good one is the Sightron SII 1" 6-24. They've been discontinued but come up occasionally. Great scopes with a lifetime warranty. -Al
