Scirroco 2 130 grains in 260. Rem. with factory 1 in 9 twist

I have been using 120 grain Barnes blue coated X bullets in my 260 with good results, 2 deer, 2 big moose calves and a large timber wolf that had been killing cattle. But would like to find a load for my 260 with the 1 in 9 factory twist with the 130 grain Swift Scirroco 2. That's a very long bullet and I don't know if it will be stabilized with the slow 1 in 9 twist. My 260 would not stabilize the 140 grain Barnes X that I had hoped to use on adult moose at close range in heavy timber. So, looking for info from anyone who has used the 130 Scirroco with a slow 1 in 9 twist. Powders used and velocity in a 22 inch barrel would be great also. Thanks in advance, Lennyboy.

I used those blue coated bullets in my 6.5 swede with good success. Wish they still made em. I switched to 120 ttsx when i ran out.
What is making you switch to the scirroco? I have seen that it is exceptional, but i cannot see it giving you more penetration than the 120 barnes. Another thought is the 127 lrx.

The 120 Barnes X blue is no longer available, and the 130 Swift Scirroco has a higher SD and BC which would buck the wind better and carry its energy better when the range gets out past 2 hundred yards. And I have a full box of the 130 grain Scirroco's on hand. I have Varget, IMR 7828 and RL19 powders which seem to be good performers in the 260. My main concern is stability in the 1 in 9 twist factory barrel of my 260 Remington. So anyone out there with experience with this combo?
