The best place is Eurooptic. Second best would be NECG. Alex at Eurooptic is a top-notch guy to do business with. I haven't bought anything from NECG, but they were pretty helpful on the phone when I was asking about bases.
 
I think Alex has the best prices. I know he bends over backwards to make a customer happy. What more could you ask for than that?
