Hello,
I’ve been trying to get in touch with SCATTUSA. I have tried message via “contact us”, email, calls, FaceBook messenger… no response… perhaps I’m being impatient, but wanted to see if anyone had any recent information on them. I haven’t seen any activity recently either… Have they been impacted by recent sanctions???

Should one be worried about warranty issues if it is this hard to get in touch with them? I’ve seen/heard nothing but good things about SCATTUSA, making this a bit concerning.

Like Morgan said above contact Dan Lowe. Dan is a busy body kind of person so it may take a little time to get back to you. He spends time in remote areas. He should be able to answer your questions.

Hello, he did get right back to me… waiting on a chance get on a call with him… If he can help out, I’ll cancel my order with SCATT (that seems to have fallen into an expensive black hole)… and order from him… except, I’m now a bit concerned about warranty issues…?

Wait…. While I still have not heard from SCATT and just tried contacting them, I JUST got a shipment notification… so, all may be well!
