Yes, but not going to post how.Do ya think the guy that got banned is back under an alias?
The ones I've run into are on craigslist, they want to give you a dummy certified check for more money than the item is selling for and they want you to give them the cash difference.
Tools were the only thing I've sold on craigslist and even then the scammers come out in full force. The fake certified bank checks are the best. I couldn't imagine selling gun parts.Me too! Every time you put a car up for sale on Craigslist, the first two or three responses are scams. The last one I posted, someone texted, saying they would pay full price because they could tell it was exactly what they wanted from the photos. I hadn't posted any pics yet.
The other scary thing about Craigslist is that some people contact you just to get your address. I recently posted a bunch of my furniture and had the loveseat, hutch, and bookcase sold to three different buyers. None of them showed, and I never heard from them again. Later, I realized that I inadvertently left the Xbox on my desk with a bunch of games nearby in one of the pics. Luckily, the dog is on duty 24/7. FedEx and UPS don't even knock anymore. They just drop the package and run.

Feed that dog well!
LOL! She is the most spoiled animal on the planet, but she looks and sounds terrifying. Would never harm anyone unless someone in her circle was seriously threatened, but people actually cross the street to avoid us when I walk her.

Said he had changed username awhile back.
We’re trying to work a deal on a rest and I asked about why he changed username and I would take the rest if he could prove he was legitimate. He pm’d The following
“Remember, you are soliciting me not the other way around. If you don't want it go piss up a rope. Who are you anyway? Have I shot with you at a national event or world championship? Go eff yourself!”
He said I could have asked a moderator to confirm it but I know how busy you all are and didn’t see a need to bother them with a transaction
We need to remember when others question us to at least be polite and answer questions. Needless to say for all I know/care the rest is still in California.
I have a bottle of Snake oil for just five $20 bill's. I know what you're thinking... but Snake Oil gets a bad rap. You see... Snake Oil will give you an extra 250fps in velocity....What do you say, partner?
Fall back on the old adage...if it sounds to good to be true....

Nope...coat your bore. Hold your muzzle down and "if a drop comes out that's the perfect amount."Do you take cash? I soak the powder in the oil right?
Ask for an appt to view it. If she balks its a scam.Pretty sure I just came across another one on craigslist. Long story short: I got my job back but I'm still selling the house. Figured I would look at RV's for temp housing until I find a permanent place, and I spotted one on CL with a price $8,000 below it's value. Sometimes you see trailers listed below their value because they have water damage, so I emailed, asking if there was anything wrong with it. Seller responded, saying she would give me the full details if I gave her my personal email instead of going through CL. That's a red flag, but it might also be that the seller is trying to make sure that I am not a scammer. Still trying to figure out if/how I want to respond.
