I have one and would buy one again in a minute. Worth every penny !!
Take a look at this video. I also have the Omega II trickler and the combination works great. I was using a Chargemaster 1500 and when I switched to the Sartorius my ES and SD were CUT IN HALF immediately. Both ES and SD are in low single digits using H4350 for my 6XC loads.

I can't speak to that specific analytical balance, but I have used several different analytical balances for reloading. Normally, there are 3 different settings for stability(low-high or slow-fast). Fast or High will normally settle/stabilize quickly(3-5 seconds), but will wander more easily. Unless you have a very unstable environment go with the High Stability setting. Also, be careful with your auto zero setting. You don't want your scale to auto zero when reloading, since you are weighing small sticks of powder. I keep one door open enough to comfortably access the pan and the other open just enough for the drop tub on the power trickler. This is a very stable setup unless you have a side draft.
I use a Lyman Gen 6 to drop my rough charges 0.1-0.2gr under and then use a power trickler to get to the exact charge desired on the balance. This works very well because by the time you finish trickling your next rough charge is ready to go. It goes pretty quickly because you quickly get to know the average weight of each stick of powder and know exactly how many to trickle even before the scale stabilizes on your final weight. Unless your reloading bench is VERY stabile, just throwing a charge on a manual powder measure will impact the zero or weight shown on your balance. Remember to keep a separate pan on your balance, to pour the rough charge into this pan and to rezero every time before adding powder to the balance, if you're looking for optimal accuracy. Many of the videos I see out there fail to mention that any analytical balance should be rezeroed before each weighing.

Forgot to mention yes I would do it again, but I did purchased my analytical balances used. I've paid as little as $50 and no more than $400 for my analytical balances in excellent to like new condition. The one I paid $50 for required separate check weights(no big deal, but an additional expense), but the other two I purchased for $225 and $400 had internal calibration. I like my A&D GR-120 the best, but they are very expensive. It's very very stable, repeatable and it automatically recalibrates itself whenever it senses it is necessary.

I have the Sartorius Entris 64-1S. It looks identical to your Entris 124-1S. I'm not sure what the differences is, but I paid about $100 less.
Yes, if I could have a re-do, I would do it again.
I am glad I did because now I don't have to wonder anymore about the accuracy of my powder charges, so when I get large SDs I know its because I'm not on a node. Knowing for sure gives you confidence and enables you to focus on the real problems effecting accuracy. If you don't know for sure you're just guessing.
Last October I had been thinking about upgrading to a more accurate scale, then I saw zipollini's post and decided to take the plunge a bought the same Sartorius Entris 64 and Omega trickler. I still use my ChargeMaster to dump most of my powder, then I finish it off on the Sartorius.

Rob - Just noticed that you actually mentioned the Entris 124-1S in your OP instead of the Entris 64-1S which is what I have. The Entris 64-1S has a 60 gram capacity which equals 925 grains which is waaaaaaaay more than anything we will ever use in the reloading game. No need to pay for the extra capacity of the Entris 124-1S.
