There is probably vote fraud in every election, not to mention simple human error. But in this year's presidential election there isn't any evidence (so far) that fraudulent votes are sufficiently numerous to alter the allocation of electoral votes. Trump's team is entitled to pursue in court every possible allegation of vote fraud. So far they've managed to get a few ballots thrown out in Pennsylvania.

States are certifying their election results now. You can find the deadlines for certification here.

Why? Republicans have won the Presidency 3 out of 5 times in the last 20 years. What happened to the vast conspiracy in those elections? With all the hate from democrats, and even republicans (The Lincoln Project), why is it so hard to believe that more people voted against Trump rather than for him?

Spoiler alert: It’s because an election with fraudulent votes can be overturned, whereas an honest election can not. Everybody is hoping for a miracle that will never come. Trump took a giant dump on anyone who didn’t worship him. He alienated allies while cozying up to dictators. (How’s that North Korean Denuclearization going? Kim Jong Un got exactly what he wanted; the appearance of credibility as a world leader. Trump’s art of the deal got him squat.) He pissed on NATO allies; talking sh*t about Montenegro. What the bleep was that? We’re all in NATO together. I’ve deployed with NATO allies from around the world. New Zealand is a tiny country, but they helped out in Afghanistan. The Presidency is not a real estate deal. Trump got himself unelected.

So, if you are right in claiming that failure of either candidate to concede by 14 Nov throws the election to the House, you win $100.

I'll add the third piece to the trifecta just to give you another way to win:
3. Joe Biden will be inaugurated as President on 20 January 2021.
