You misunderstand the Constitution. Each state sets its own rules for presidential elections. There is not, and cannot be, a national standard for conducting presidential elections imposed on the states by the Congress.

The situation is different for election of Senators and Representatives; see U.S. Constitution Article 1 Section 4 Clause 1.

IMHO, we need a system where all legal voters are positively identified and anyone unable to prove they're alive and a legal voter, doesn't get to vote.

Men swung a bit more (3%) towards Biden than women did (2%) this time around, based on exit polling.



Among white voters the female vote was virtually identical between 2016 and 2020, but the male vote was very different.



You're right that the suburban vote swing was a big deal, especially in battleground states.

First of all I thank your uncle for his service but his stature in the military is irrelevant all that matters and must be verified was that he was alive and that he cast his vote if he died after the vote was cast then yes his vote counts

President Trump's election was hated by the politically elite...... both parties. Re-election could not be tolerated, the huddled masses might discover professional politicians are not necessary.
President Trump did some very good things that the "globalist's" don't like. Those things will be reversed. The US will return to financing the UN, NATO, WHO and The Green New Deal. China will fast track to "world leader".
There will be a concentrated effort to re-write the Constitution, especially the 2nd Ammendment and the Electoral College.
Georgia Democrats will have time enough to steal win both special state Senate elections.
SCOTUS will be "packed" and/or the last two Justices will be impeached.

The ONE thing we must do to save our Democratic Republic is get rid of mail in ballots, election day is the 1st Tuesday in November, if you can't vote in person you can request an absentee ballot. I understand 600,000 unsolicited mail in ballots are being delivered in Georgia.

The vote count and law suites don't mean a thing. Come Dec 14th and if Trump or Biden does not give in it goes to the House for a vote who is the POTUS. Here is the thing. EACH STATE GETS 1 VOTE ONLY!!!! Last I looked Trump has 28 states that will vote for him.

It's true that State Legislatures set rules for elections but in Pennsylvania the Attorney General changed the rules to allow mail in votes to be counted far past the set deadline. That's against the constitution. Also flawed voting programs changed many votes. This election is the most openly flawed steal in the history of voting. If you believed the polls pre election then you're free to believe the exit polling data. I don't.
There are many questions that have not been answered;
Why weren't Republican Poll Watchers allowed to inspect ballots. The Covid argument doesn't work here. In the Georgia recount they were sent home and the election counters returned and worked unsupervised for several hours? Other states just denied them access or made them stand back so far that they couldn't tell who voted for whom.

Why was Trump ahead by over 700K votes at the closing of polls and they quit counting only to start again over 3hours later. When we woke up the next day, voila Biden was miraculously ahead in all the swing states?
Why was a known flawed hardware company using a program by a company that is known for illegal activity.

There are many questions that cannot credibly be answered about this supposed win by a man who should be in jail for the very thing they investigated Trump for for four years. He has sold his influence as much as Hillary did for profit. He has the voter appeal of a Skunk and the few times he and his running mate campaigned they commanded crowds of less than 30 people while Trump had thousands of attendees at each of many rallies.

The down ballots were hugely successful for Republicans although for the first time in history the president did not enjoy the same treatment. Hint; because the election was stolen by illicit means in a coordinated effort to seat a flawed candidate that had no chance of winning otherwise. The only place we managed to loose senate seats were states that are contested and flawed as well. The election was called early by the media outlets and had it been the other way around they all would have been screaming their lungs out about fraud.
If you don't smell a fish, you don't have a nose or are just ignoring the truth that lies before you.

If anyone thinks Biden won this election on his own and that it was a vote against Trump I have a bridge to sell you.
