Yep they do. At about $4 a box more than the last batch. Wonderful times aren't they?Champions Choice has some R-50 in stock.

I paid the old price on Mar 17th. I think it was $156 for a brick. If that's a permanent price increase, it does not bode well for the other premiums when they're back on the market.Yep they do. At about $4 a box more than the last batch. Wonderful times aren't they?

You are a lucky, or smart shopper. At that price I would really be liking RWS Target Rifle for practice ammo.RWS Target Rifle is not comparable in quality to the R50. I have shot both through many rifles and there is a big difference in accuracy in favor of the R50. Having said that, just before the latest ammo panic, I found RWS Target Rifle on sale for $2.99 a box so I bought 4 bricks. At that price it is great stuff. SK standard ammo is a bit more accurate by way of comparison
They're stand up people. I would bet it's from the manufacturer or distributor. If so, it's permanent. GerryI really would like to know if the price increase is due to the manufacturer or the dealer. Will never know I'm sure.
Actually, Champions Choice and SGAmmo had it on sale for quite a long time before the pandemic as well as RWS subsonic HP and I bought quite a bit from both of them. After the last shortage, I promised myself I would accumulate anything half decent in .22 ammo before the next panic. It worked out pretty well. There were many opportunities to buy ammo cheap. I bought several cases of 9MM Blazer ammo, for example, at 15 cents a round. Same with steel cased .223 and 7.62X39 at under 20 cents. You are a lucky, or smart shopper.
