Something wrong. His behavior in that video says he knows nothing about safe handling of firearms. It's not like he made one mistake, but several and repeatedly swept people.

I'm thinking the members here have a much different interpretation than the self-described ones used for the court.

The a lot of the testimony against her, based on how poorly she she followed(enforced/educated) muzzle awareness safety protocols on the set. Actors having "live" firearms during walk thru/rehearsals, "flagging" people and the presence of live ammunition on the set. I haven't watched enough testimony to see who linked her with the revolver/live round "handed" to Baldwin. The production company(Baldwin is a producer) didn't even budget(money wise) enough days for her or the prop manager to be on set for all the "gun battles".

She was "Set-Up",.. IMO and,.. Something, Smells, here !

This was Hannah G's 2nd, REAL, Job and I'm sure she was, AFRAID of Baldwin and,. of, LOSING, her Job !
But, she made, a Ton of, mistakes, also !
The Sheriff's Dept., also did, a POOR, job of, investigating as, the Fired brass casing WITH possible Finger Prints was,.. MISSING !

He pointed the gun. He pulled the trigger. He didn’t make sure the gun was empty. People have even been killed with blanks. An inexcusable, irresponsible act by a self-absorbed adult with total disregard for another’s safety. Questions?

This is only my opinion. The film company hired another company to train the actors and manage the firearms and ammunition. That company failed in its duty to do so and should be held accountable without question. However, as I understand it, the firearms company handed a loaded firearm to the actor and told him it was a "cold" firearm. I don't care who the actor was. He did use the firearm in a negligent manner but only after being told it was benign. In my mind it is the same as giving a vehicle to an actor. It would be inspected to be a safe vehicle but the actor can't drive it into a group of people. However, it is the responsibility of the management of the film company to ensure that the firearms company is doing its job properly and from what I understand that wasn't done. There were several other incidents prior to the fatal one that if the incidents had been investigated and acted on would have prevented the fatal.
As an actor, I don't hold Baldwin that responsible for the fatal. A minor charge if anything. However, as the owner and managing person I hold him totally responsible for the death and should face severe penalty up to and including long time jail time.

And, if he did he would be charged with manslaughter/homicide/murder.
