A bbl is never streight, the question is, is the bbl indicated correctly? My smith usually indicates the bbl up so that you use less elevation in the scope, meaning that if your scope is one that does not have a whole lot of elevation in it in the first place, your scope will not run out of elevation when zero'd at 1K. I like it that way so that if your scope is on a 20moa rail, usually when shooting at 1K, the scope adjustments are in the middle of the tube, which will give you a better range of windage.CJ6 said:Is the Barrel Straight ?
