Update. Sorry for the long delay, but I have been fairly busy and have not had an opportunity to develop a load for this rifle.
I have finally had enough time to finish load development on my RPR with Douglas barrel prefit. It was cambered in 6.5x47L. I decided to use Berger 130gn AR hybrids on top of RL16 with #450 primers. I shot 20 rounds to break the barrel in and zero the rifle. I then conducted load development at 200m. I did not use my magnetospeed during load development as I didn't want to skew my reading of the targets by looking for speed.
I have had this rifle since they were released 4-1/2 years ago. It is what started my interest in more precise shooting, so it has some sentimental value. I started reloading shortly after its purchase. It has had 3 different barrels chambered in 308 win on it. it has always shot well, but not as good as the customs I had built later.
Today with the Douglas Barrel prefit it shoots outstanding. Not only does it shoot good groups (considering the limits of my abilities), but the consistency is excellent. Very happy with the barrel. Stan was great to deal with, up front with the process and clear communication. I had a issue with the return shipping, but that was a me problem. Nothing to do with Douglas Barrels.
If you have a RPR I highly recommend a Douglas Barrel prefit.
