Our local rock chuck population appears to be getting a bit on the much-side. One of the local schools is infested, as the chucks have learned that the nice green grass is a dinner bell when compared to the natural vegetation just on "their" side of the fence.
Here's the headline today:

Of course, the city is doing "a study" to see what the best means of dealing with or removing the critters. We all know the cure, but as it's within the city limits, no firearms of course. But my Beeman R10 .20 cal would be the ticket but I'm certain their consensus will be some sort of live-trapping.
Too bad it's in city limits....as my 20VT works right well on Rocky and his pals
