RL19

I have searched the interweb but have not found the info required, I couldn't find anything on the Alliant web site. Is RL 19 single or double based powder ?

Someone that had access to this "Propellant Profiles, 5th Ed." by Wolfe Publishing, has posted on a different site said it is an extruded, double based powder. Take it for what it is worth. My 1 lb and 5 lb containers do not have any reference on them as to their composition.

RL 19 is an extruded double base powder, It is made by Bofor's.
