RL17 in 260 or 6BR, anyone used? Also, 4007SC?

Thought it might do well vs 260/H4350....and perhaps in 6BR and heavy bullets.

I bought an 8lb. jug of IMR 4007SSC a year or more ago, thinking it might work well in one or more of the 6mm cartridges I load for,6 HAGAR, 6 Dasher, 6x47L). It's too slow for the HAGAR & Dasher, and a little faster than optimum in the 6x47,with heavy bullets). Since I very seldom shoot anything lighter than 105s in the Dasher or 6x47, I haven't had much motivation to experiment further with 4007. It might well be fine in some applications, but I flat haven't had the time to play with it. So right now, it looks like I'd have been better off investing the money spent on 4007 on one of the powders I know works in the Dasher or 6x47.
