RL 23 in 300 Weatherby

Does anyone have any experience with RL 23 in a 300 Weatherby?

I have been using RL 25 with good success but am being told that RL 23 is a better choice. Any input would be appreciated..

On Page 111-112 is some Alliant data for the 300weatherby with RL-23 and RL-26 and even RL-33 for some of the bullets.

I would choose RL-26 over RL-23 for the 300 Weatherby unless for some reason you're shooting 150 grain bullets. For 180 to 220 grainers definitely RL-26. 230 to 240 grainers RL-33.
