WOW!!! You have 1% of all True, unmodified Springfield Model 1922s in existence!!! Only 500 of the original 2500 1922s survived not being modified at Springfield!!! A lot of 1922, 1922M1, and 1922M2 were rechambered to 22 Hornet, 222 Rem, or 22-250 and the original bolts were discarded with surplus 03A3 bolts for the center fire cartridges!!!I currently have 8 Model of 1922's. 5 are in original condition, one was arsenally upgraded to M2 configuration and one is configured as a M1903A1 in a "C" stock. My earliest is SN 36, (1922) my highest is SN 2010, which is 1 of 12 international match rifles made for the 1924 Olympics in Paris.

I have seen 1922s go at auction for more than $2500!!! 1 sold at near $3K!!! The 2010 rifle is a very, very rare rifle!!
