CZ 455 PRS tactical trainer. Full bolt tweaks with custom handle, fly trigger, full dip accessories, upgraded action screws, custom M5 style trigger guard, modified and polished bolt guide, Boyds pro varmint stock with adjustable comb custom camo painted, forend reinforced, seekins rail, pillar/glass bedded. Benchmark straight .900" 16.75" threaded 2 groove 16.5 twist Lilja match chamber and cone breech setup. Athlon Argos BTR 8-34x56 MIL version in leupold PRW rings. Only thing left for me to do is coat the bolt body and striker (melonite).

How do you like the Argos scope? I ordered two in MOA/MOA for a .243 and .260 Rem 700s. The price, reviews, and features seem too good to pass up. Is it too much scope for your .22?

Nothing fancy, but this old CZ 453 with Leupold 3.5-10X w/ AO suits my needs well. The 453 is the CZ model with the single set trigger. James MockCZ 453 001.JPG CZ 453 002.JPG

Running through my old photobucket account looking at some photo's I already had uploaded.

Back when I visited the CMP frequently ...

Although now I'm down to the heavy barrel and one standard barrel. I set the standard barrel up like a BDL rifle and it's been a fun gun. Might have have it blued and keep holding out for a sporter repeater conversion.

Here's a CMP 52C.

My latest custom 10/22 bench gun with cutom Douglas 24" barrel and J&L PRX II tuner, Tony Mele ABRA stock, Grand Master 1lb trigger, Power Custom receiver, JWH double scalloped bolt, Kidd handle, Weaver T36. Joe Chacon did this gun for me. I love it! This gun can stick 5 shots in a BIC ink pen at 50yds

Here's my custom (kind of) ruger 10/22 target. It's so damn accurate right out of the box. At 50 yards it put 10 shots into a dime, consistently. Best $400 ever spent. It also has the bushnell AR .22 Optic on it. Solid little scope out to 200 yards. Overall, extremely happy.

Here a couple of older Anschutz 22LR

This is a 1973 Savage-Anschutz 164 w/Bushnell Trophy 6-18x40 AO
IMG_3850_zps3waqa1aw.jpg

This one (1968 Savage-Anschutz 10A w/Williams sights was kind of a mess when I got it (bought it cheap though). Stock was butchered (bought a used one from Numrich), and it had some missing parts. A few new/used parts and some elbow grease and it turned out pretty nice.

Someone told me that "life's too short to hunt with an ugly gun". So I took it to heart, and I had an 1885 Winchester made in 1920, repurposed in 22 magnum with exhibition grade word and engraved. I can get just under an inch at a hundred yards with Hornady ammo. Killed allot of prairie dogs with it.cropped Finished engraved1885_1 copy.jpgcropped Finished engraved1885_2 copy.jpgcropped With new wood 2 copy.jpgcropped With new wood 3 copy.jpg
