rifle

Not sure what kind of answer you are looking for, but I have one in .22PPC and it shoots ragged holes at 200 yards and never seems to copper at all.

I think that you can expect an accurate, quality, 200-yard rifle with negligible recoil whose barrel will last almost forever if properly maintained. Isn't that why you bought it?

toby,

It should be a great rifle. Check out this site

Can't speak about anywhere else, but at our local benchrest groundhog matches, the Coopers are the rifles to beat. They are usually the winners in the factory class. My factory Remingtons & Savages certainly won't do it. Sorta wish now I would have put the cost of at least one of my custom builds into a Cooper.

Frank, you tell an untruth - you love the build too much. I think you love building more than shooting. You are just saying that because my son Jake almost had a score to compete with the custom builts last year.

Can't wait to see you when this white stuff disapears. Paul, Jake and I are looking forward to the 500 yard shoots. Working on setting Paul's barrel back on his .243 right now.
