Rifle rest question

The last few times I have been to the club shooting the humidity has been pretty bad. Both of the rifles I have been shooting have wood stocks and my front rest is a Wichita with a leather covered bag and my rear is a Protector. Due to the humidity, my rifles feel like they are glued to the bag. They won't slide at all. I never seem to remember to bring powder to dust the rest until I'm already at the club. To late now!! I'm just curious as to how much this effects accuracy? Seems to me that it has to have some effect but how much? Both times this has happened I was testing/working loads for two rifles. Now I don't know if the loads are not that good or if the sticky rest is the issue.
