Rifle Basix customer service!

Just want to let people know about Rifle Basix's Customer service. I ordered a L-3 trigger. I received the package but no trigger. Someone open the package, took the trigger and resealed it with tape. I notified Rifle Basic and emailed pictures of the package. They sent me another trigger, 2nd day priority mail. Is that great service or what. I have ordered three triggers. This is the first time I hard problems. Anyway, just wanted to let everybody know, they have good customer service. nilebartram

The owner is a stand-up guy. I lost a spring when assembling a savage trigger and he sent me a few free of charge. He was not only friendly but very understanding.
 
I agree! Clay at Riflebasix is a standup guy and i wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again. I have purchased many triggers from them in the last few years, they have always been great on the phone and willing to stand behind their products.
 
Just dealt with Clay about a new trigger. I couldn't get it down to 8oz, he offered to send me another that was presdjusted to 8 oz. Great customer service I was very pleased.
