You think it could be like Whitehorse, just a little wind80’s on Friday, 50’s on match day.... could get interesting!
I hope I don’t shoot any electronic sensors!!You think it could be like Whitehorse, just a little wind
Hate to hear the range decided to sanction GBA rather than IBS like had been advertised. I was looking forward to shooting at the range, guess I’ll have to save my money.Hate to hear what??????????????
What your problem ? Who cares about your 2 dollars.Hate to hear the range decided to sanction GBA rather than IBS like had been advertised. I was looking forward to shooting at the range, guess I’ll have to save my money.

Sir I am the Dead Zero BR match director. I assure you we are working very hard to make Dead Zero successful. We are very happy to be GBA, they were very receptive to the direction we wanted to go and the best fit for us! We have the ability to run a traditional match (clays for sighters and a fresh target each relay) or all electronics (sighters and score on electronic targets). Global was receptive to a couple of things that sealed the deal such as use of electronic targets if so desired and also sharing the range with the public while we were having a match. Those were a must for us and Global stepped up! Dead Zero invites you and all shooters to come shoot with us, we look forward to it! Thanks TroyCorrection: What’s
Assuming your representing Dead zero that’s a pretty poor approach of making a range successful. As I said before good luck with your future endeavors.
Troy I just read your post and I will be moving to Chattanooga soon to live with my son .I have a couple questions the first is if the public get to shoot at the same time a match is going on what happens if the shoot a person in the matches target ? Maybe the GBA has a rule to handle this I don't know I'm just asking .Will the up coming match be on electronic targets I know from shooting some f class and keeping up with them the eltronic targets have cause some issues and they only use it for score no group .My understanding is they are only accurate within a 1/4 of a inch . Will records be accepted on electronic in the same category as paper target. I'm just asking . I like eltronic targets but I don't know if they are match ready for small groups.Sir I am the Dead Zero BR match director. I assure you we are working very hard to make Dead Zero successful. This Saturday will be the first all electronic target benchrest match so as you know there will be a learning curve. Nothing brand new goes off without a hitch. We will be leaving a target between us and the public at the least, there will most likely be a few benches between. The benches are 8 feet apart as well. Single target records will not be accepted but the 6 and 10 agg and soy points will be recognized. We are in the process of a section of rules for electronic targets. Saturday will be the first test run so stay tuned! As stated above we are excited to have the ability to go paper or electronics! September was our first clays/paper br match and it went very well with the public shooting next to us. We will shoot whatever the supporting shooter base wants to shoot, we are fortunate to be able to offer shooters the choice. Thanks, hope to see ya there.
