does anyone know who makes one of the better front rest for benchrest shooting and rear bag i know sinclair does like their 5300 model i need one so you can interchange the tops for diffrent rifle forearms widths.

You can interchange any top on a rest, just get another top. There are may good rest, here is one I like

The SEB and Farley are both excellent joystick-style rests.

Among the conventional rests, I like the John Loh and the Fulghum. The latter, shown below, uses a belt to drive the vertical adjustment from a large center knob. It is extremely smooth and holds the position you dial in.
