Resizing bullets from .264 to .257?

In my neck of the woods (Frogland, Europe), it's getting difficult to find .257 bullets. The .25 caliber cartridges have never been popular here, with the exception of PPU from Serbia which loads the .25-06 Remington.
On my Steyr M-95 that was chambered in 8x56 RS, there was only one source of ammo and bullets: PPU again, but there was the option of using Lee's bullet sizer to resize jacketed .338 bullets into decent .330 projectiles.
I couldn't find in the Lee catalog the same option that would allow the resizing of .264 to .257 caliber.
Any suggestion?

How was the accuracy after squeezing down a finished factory bullet???
Just wondering if the distortion would prove detrimental to accuracy...
Perhaps if you contacted PPU directly and asked if you could just buy .25 cal projectiles from them...
As for the 8mm, surly there plenty of 8mm bullets in Europe? It is rather the home of the 8mm.
BTW: Your English is great, both spelling, syntax & grammar... Better than many posters here that do not seem to realize that when a word has a red line under it there is a spelling mistake... + {Too, Two, To...etc}

The accuracy was acceptable considering the condition of the bore. Those rifles had seen combat and poor maintenance during WW1 before having their chambers modified for the more powerful Swiss machine gun cartridge M-30 of the Solothurn MG in 8×56 RS.
The 8x56 has the .330 bore of the initial 8x50 cartridge whereas the 7.92×57 Mauser is a .323 (previous bore was .318) which is the most frequent standard for most 8mm ammo.
Importing .257 bullets from Serbia is a painstaking process as Serbia is not (yet) part of the European Union and is also an ally of Russia...
Thank you for appreciating my English. My late Dad was also a US citizen and despite being a war hero and the last living RAF frog Spitfire pilot, didn't have much consideration left for his former homeland (!).
Have a nice day.

Your location may be a problem? How much spring back, after sizing? A lead core may become loose in the jacket, if sizing down to much.

Thank you so much;) I'll definitely ask for more information about a custom diameter. Maybe a .260 sizing would be a more valid option.
Otherwise when processing the .338 bullets to .329 I didn't notice anything odd in the final bullets' look and accuracy remained about equal.
On another hand, this is not a high speed magnum cartridge...

I size .264 bullets to .260 for my 6.5x58R Sauer and they work fine. In researching sizing cup and core bullets down the common notion was that sizing more than.005 can cause the jacket to spring back slightly more than the soft lead core creating a space between the jacket and core, causing it to be less accurate.

sizing more than.005
This info was on the Corbin website years ago. The amount of spring back would maybe depend on the lead alloy used for the core?
I know from casting lead bullet, that the harder the alloy, the more the spring back. But .001" is about the maximum spring back, with lead alloys. I did test it.

I'll definitely ask for more information about a custom diameter
Yes, good idea to ask.
