ONE should have had more that a couple actions in hand to inspect before making a blanket statement in regards to TIMING.

You've totally misconstrued/comprehended the context of the post!
"All others have to be modified if that is what you want". " The only action that is timed on the ignition side from the factory is a Borden".

Meaning
One shouldn't carve into stone that firing pin fall has to be .250" or accuracy will suffer & that a Borden is the ONLY action TIMED correctly.

I would ask the question but the "You Tube" producer will avoid it like the plague!
