Request Help with 6mmBR NORMA

This must be my lucky night. I have four of the powders mentioned and plenty of it along with the primers.

You are blessed indeed. Any of the bullets mentioned can shoot. I've had the best luck with the least effort with Berger 108 Target BT's. Hard to find these days

Are you jamming the 103 Vapor Trails a little?

Just seated to touch.

Literally put 30gr varget/rl-15/shooters world precision/203b/n140/n150/4166/4064/whatever else in that burn range under a 105 (103-108) class bullet and whatever primer you have laying around. Go from there.

Simple as.

Nick! Be wary and work up. I have 4 different 6brs and none of them can shoot 30 grains Varget with a 105 grain Berger! 29.2 to 29.4 is where I shoot. Above that and I start seeing signs of over pressure .

Me too. The 109 Hybrids run a pretty close second. I find the VLD's a little too picky.

hey look at what selling nowadays. Hybrids and tangents. Much more forgiveness in a tangent or a hybrid.

I’m not convinced of this yet at all. The VLD are super easy to tune and seem to be easier to load for than the hybrids.

If you're shooting a custom chamber tailored to VLD's then yes they will be easier to tune.

Not necessarily tailored for 105 VLDs, just a .271 no turn neck with 104 FB. Pretty standard dasher setup
