respray with one shot, and wipe it down immediatley.

I use the pre-soaked hand towels that come in a plastic container.Tub-o-towels is one that I get along with.You can get them at an auto parts store.I use a couple different kinds of case lube and a quick wipe gets it all off.They work good for getting carbon or dry neck lube off the outside of the necks also.
