When the Sako equipped bolt is out of battery then it's held in by spring tension. When it's in battery in a properly fitted bbl then I think it's mechanically trapped and would have to break to escape.
And the "properly fitted bbl" is the standard reming
Having spoken with Jim Borden recently he is going to design a new extractor to get away from the Sako. Just food for thought.

Thinking about it, he may just be making a business decision to accommodate those who don't like Sako extractors and thus won't buy his actions. --Jerry
