Remington Chapter 11 Case

I've received a surprising document from what looks like "The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors" about what appears to be a case involving "Remington Outdoor Company" in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama. My question is just why the heck have I been sent this document. Is everyone who ever owned a Remington rifle getting the same document? It's been over 30 years since I last purchased a Remington rifle!

And what are the implications of this bankruptcy hearing for the future of Remington?
 
Whoever owns a Remington rifle has ''STOCK'' in the company along with the Lock and Barrel too:eek:
