Remington 700 single shot action? ?

I seen sone Remington 700 single shot short action for sale while back and I missed out, I think brownells had them. Any one know if these will be available again?

I have one and they are awesome. I am going to chamber up a barrel in 6.5 SAUM for sniping long range coyotes. Should be a fun project.

What condition was your action in. Did it need any work to true it up?

Ernie,

Amazingly it has pretty good primary extraction. Trigger breaks at about 2lbs. which is straight from the box. Have not checked out the threads or face of receiver yet. Hard to find time to work on my own stuff. A nice problem to have.
