Remington 700 serial number decoder?

Hey guys, I've been trying to figure out some info on this used rem 700 7mm rem mag I've got, but I'm not sure about the date code. There are 2 sets of 2 digit letters on the left side of the barrel by the action, and I'm not sure which one I am supposed to be looking at. I ran a little soap stone over it so it would show up in the picture. Thanks for the help.

Thanks guys! When did the bolt timing get really bad?
Its always been the same. They still use the same exact jig they always have. Dont believe the hype. A lot have been fixed over the years but from the factory its always the same. This is how people fix them without the action in hand.

Same question sorry: Really nice used BDL in 7mm Rem Mag. Here's a picture of the rifle (new declerator pad and scope on it) and closeup of the serial number. Thanks!

Is it causing an issue? Think of how many theyve made that work fine?
That. I have several 700's and pretty much spaced out every decade through the last 40 years. They are all out of time a certain amount. Even the one with a PTG bolt. All of them extract so it's not worth fixing, to me.
