Remington 7 1/2 small bench rest primers,... ok?

I too have had this same thing at about the same rate recently. I swapped one group with Federal 205 and the velocity was identical and they are noted to be a lot easier to fire. I was having the same problem with my 6br built on a Savage model 12 action (not a target action) and CCI 450 misfires. So I took the firing pin assembly out and gave the rear nut another 1/2 turn to increase spring tension and increased firing pin protrusion slightly, while checking that the cocking pin still clears the bottom of the cocking ramp notch. Problem solved, no more FTF issues.
