Here is an unusual rifle for sale. I called the company listing it and they said this is third one they have sold. They said it came from the Remington Custom Shop and was sold when the new owner Rem Arms bought the company. What do you think?

I am calling BS on the story. The barrel designation is obviously hand stamped, and a very poor job of it. Ask to see the factory proofs and other markings on the barrel - I am doubting that there are any markings on it.

The seller has 1311 A+ transaction, that must stand for something, plus the serial number is listed, there must be some way to check

I agree - doesn't look "factory" - but it is a cool little gun.

I have seen lousy stamp jobs like that on rifles that were just intended to be an in-house prototype sort of thing. Probably wouldn't have proof marks in that case either. Possibly something like that.

If it has a functional magazine that is pretty amazing.

I tend not to trust anybody in the context of this seller or the folks who wrecked Remington.

If you like this on face value, it isn't expensive so far.

The lack of documentation due to the bankruptcy is certainly possible, but the seller is being very lazy about showing the markings or the sticker on the end of the box, etc. So I would email them all the questions I wanted answered if it were important to you, then decide.
