Rem 700 BDL

I have a Rem 700 BDL SA for 22.250 (bottom metal) I am in the process of building a wood BR stock for a 6BR. The question is will the 6BR feed reliably or do I need to do something different?

I shoot all of the B-R cartridges in a Remington model 7 and 700 short action and have no issue with them feeding as a repeater.

Both guns are set up as switch barrels in McMillan stocks.

I recently put one together. I found a conversion in here using the bdl which I did. I used a 308 box with the spacer from a 223 box. Then cut down the 308 follower and used a 223 spring. I just finished it and tested fine. I hope to get it out to the range this weekend.

I plan on doing the same thing this year. Just picked up my 700 bare action. I plan on doing the 308 box mag with he modified follower. Just haven't decided on what twist barrel I want.
