Rem. 700 ADL to BDL parts?

I'm putting some parts together for an upcoming build. I tore apart a cheap Rem. 700 adl chambered in .223 rem, and am just using the action for the build. I'm planing on using a bdl style hinged floorplate from ptg. My question is what additional parts will I need to get? I'm assuming a new magazine box, but will the spring and follower from the adl work? New rifle will be a .223 Ackley. Thanks.

all you should need is the hinged floor plate the spring and follower will work just as it did in the adl.

I think the action screws have different lengths.

You will need to get a BDL box as I am petty sure the ADL box is too tall. Every thing else should work.

The ADL box can be shortened about 1/4" to fit. The magazine spring has a bend on the f'plate end that won't allow it to fit the BDL floorplate unless you can bend it straight.

Thanks for the help. I think I found a .223 BDL magazine box from midway that appears to be a Remington oem part. I'll give that a try.
