Simpley, how much does a 700 LA & a SA,action assy only) weigh in ounces?

700 Ti L/A weighs 9oz.

If you are talking about the complete action with bolt and recoil lug the SA is approx. 30 oz.,+or-1oz.) and LA approx. 34 oz.,= or - 1 oz. they vary in weight depending on date of
manufacture and type of steel.
