reloads vs factory ammo

I have been at it so long I can't imagine not loading my own. The only time in my life that I didn't reload was 1967_9 when Uncle Sam was furnishing all the factory loaded a guy could shoot. If you don't load your own you lose a lot of versatility.

ive been reloading for nigh on 40 years, the trouble over here in the uk is if you are using factory rounds, is that we can only buy a certain amount of ammunition say 300 308win, that the police allow you to purchace if you have 301 rounds, you are breaking the law?, and the price, i know a chap that paid £65 for 20 rounds of 308win, so if you do manage to find a factory round that your rifle loves, next time you go to purchace your favourite ammo, your gun shop says sorry we cant get any more, so then you have to start searching for ammo that suits your rifle, thats why i reload i can buy as many bullets and primers and cases as i want to, so long as i only make as many rounds as the police allow me to, as stated on my firearms
certificate, guns shops over here in the uk dont carry large quantaties of ammo cheers bs.
