So, on Tuesday I was reading a post on a MEWE reloading site about a company selling components. The prices were about what they were a year ago. I have spoken to some guys that are still getting fair deals from manufactures around the country. So long story short I set up a Google Pay account and sent $335. On Friday i had not received any shipping information so I did some research. Yesterday I filed for a reimbursement with Google Pay. In the past I have not had much experience with scammers so I may have not responded quite quick enough this time. The reason is on several ocation I have placed orders on say "Ammo Seek" and waited 1-3 months with no powder delivered. I contacted the company and got my money returned. But I am not sure how this will play out.
Any recommendations? Present or future to better protect ageist this?

Your first mistake was using PayPal for a gun related transaction. If something goes wrong you may find yourself on the wrong side of their politics.

Yes, what is this companies name ? And I sure hope it works out for the good, for you. Keep us posted on what occurs and your findings.

Funny, I received an email flyer from Midway the other day wanting to sell shotgun ammo. Everything I clicked on was out of stock no backorder. Seasonal...

It would be nice if you mentioned the company so others might be warned! I have a guess, due to my searches. One company sounded “too good to be true” so I backed off.

This reminds me. Several months ago in looking for primers, I searched on Sellier and Bellot primers.
One of the first hits was 'ultimategunsales dot net'. Offering 10,000 SRP for $380!!
After fainting, I messaged them to confirm the primers were in stock. Yes, but you don't actually pay them - you pay a third party. Uh oh!!
Checking their physical address in google maps, it's a, as I remember, a dance studio.

Obviously, this is a place you DO NOT want to send any money to.

“Reload Equipment Company” sounds like a poor translation made by some foreign scammers. Sorry. Hope it works out for you.

IF you used a credit card for the transaction, contact the card issuer and file a fraud claim. Also contact your state's Attorneys General and file a fraud claim there too.

After two emails and one call to Google Pay and two emails and one call to my bank I was told there was not much chance of getting my money back. But the money showed up back in my account and Google Pay sent me a email asking how pleased I was with their service. So I feel I really lucked out this time.

So I got a letter from my bank. They credited me the money while they investigate. So my reimbursement had nothing to do with Google Pay.

Not sure about that. I bought 6,000 lr primers 2 weeks ago for $42 per 1,000
